NJASA is committed to the self-development of our members to achieve goals of professional and personal growth. Your Association also understands that the foundation of professional development is a self-directed and self-driven process designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and values of administrators along with formal recognition of achievement.
To that end, NJASA has designed a comprehensive professional development series titled The Power of Professional Learning. This series will include eight (8) sessions, all which will be offered virtually via Zoom from 9:30 a.m. to approximately 12:00 noon. The dates and topics for these virtual workshops are as follows:

January 31, 2024 - Cybersecurity: Its Evolution and What Protection is Needed
February 21, 2024 - Special Education: Legal Matters and Hot Topics
March 21, 2024 - Appreciating Generational Differences
April 23, 2024 - Board Relations and Dynamics
Active NJASA members can participate in these sessions at no cost. Non-members may register and participate at the cost of $145.00 per person.
